witch's fingers with jam

INGREDIENTS

For 4 people :

  • 200g of flour
  • 80g of butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 220g jam of your choice  
  • 2 eggs 
  • Almonds 
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, melted butter and eggs.
  2. Add jam and leave for later. Finish with vanilla sugar to form a compact dough.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Take out the dough and make rolls thin enough to form fingers. 
  5. Place almonds on each finger and help them stick with jam.
  6. Put baking paper on a baking sheet and place your fingers on the baking sheet at a reasonable interval.

You can serve them hot or wait for the fingers to cool !
