Our egg pasta line is produced with selected durum wheat semolina, kneaded only with fresh eggs.
Very famous in Italy, Carnaroli rice is often described as the king of rice. It soaks up perfectly the flavors of the other ingredients, of which it exhales after cooking all the aromas (vegetables, porcini mushrooms or truffle). It is grown in Piedmont (Italy).
