INGREDIENTS
For 16 mini puffs:
- 1 rectangular puff pastry
- 90g jar of onion jam with honey Sur le Sentier des Bergers
- 1 goat cheese's log
- Herbes de Provence
RECIPE PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the puff pastry into 16 squares.
- Place a teaspoon of honey onion confit on the shepherd's trail on each square.
- Place a slice of goat cheese on each square.
- Sprinkle some herbs of Provence on the squares.
- Fold each corner in the centre of the squares (the squares will reopen a little during cooking).
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
To be enjoyed warm ... as an aperitif or as a starter.
