
INGREDIENTS
For 4 people :
		        - 200g of flour
 - 80g of butter
 - 100g of sugar
 - 220g jam of your choice
 - 2 eggs
 - Almonds
 - 1 packet vanilla sugar
 
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, melted butter and eggs.
 - Add jam and leave for later. Finish with vanilla sugar to form a compact dough.
 - Refrigerate for 1 hour.
 - Take out the dough and make rolls thin enough to form fingers.
 - Place almonds on each finger and help them stick with jam.
 - Put baking paper on a baking sheet and place your fingers on the baking sheet at a reasonable interval.
 
You can serve them hot or wait for the fingers to cool !
