INGREDIENTS
For about fifteen small tartines:
- a cereal bread baguette
- 1 fresh cheese, such as Saint-Morêt or Philadelphia
- 180g jar of vegetable caviar Sur le Sentier des Bergers
- some squash seeds and some basil.
RECIPE PREPARATION
1. Cut thin slices of bread.2. Moisten them with a little olive oil (eg with a spray bottle).
3. Grill them for browning.
4. Let cool, then spread fresh cheese, pepper lightly.
5. Make small quenelles of vegetable caviar, then arrange two of them on each tartine.
6. Sprinkle with squash seeds and chopped basil.
